Upon completion, The Anchorage will offer a variety of amenities to satisfy the energetic, social, or relaxed resident. Including a range of resort-like facilities such as the future proposed pool, gym, café/restaurant, lawn bowls, and more.

Currently available to residents is The Anchorage’s very own private boat ramp and beach. Launch your trailer boat or kayak, take a drift down the canal, or perhaps decide to soak up the sun and lounge on the sandy beach, you choose how to fill your day.

If it’s not on the water, make use of the well planned and landscaped pathways and easy cycling roads of the Marsden Cove development, connecting the community to nearby shops, beaches, and marine village.
