The Anchorage currently offers a variety of amenities designed to suit energetic, social, and relaxed residents. Present facilities include a bowling green, cafe and bar, library, and indoor games area. The wellness centre, including a swimming pool and gym, is under construction.

Residents are able to enjoy the use of the Village’s very own private boat ramp and beach. Launch your trailer boat or kayak, take a drift down the canal, or perhaps decide to soak up the sun and lounge on the sandy beach, you choose how to fill your day.

If it’s not on the water, make use of the well planned and landscaped pathways and easy cycling roads of the Marsden Cove development, connecting the community to nearby shops, beaches, and marine village.
