The Anchorage Retirement Village is Northland’s exclusive waterfront Village. A Hopper Living Village, The Anchorage offers a boutique retirement living experience on the water. No other New Zealand Retirement Village offers residents access to their very own private beach and boat ramp.

The Location of the Anchorage is unparalleled, sitting on the idyllic waterways at Marsden Cove, with expansive views of Mt. Manaia, and easy access to the many local retail shops, eateries, medical centre, and more.

Residents enjoy the comprehensive village amenities, including a restaurant and bar, bowls greens, and more. Soon to come is a wellness centre, including a pool and gym. A care facility is planned to be built on-site at a later stage, to meet the growing needs of the residents.
