For the past two years, the Anchorage Lifestyle Village has been hosting Pink Ribbon Breakfasts, and they carried on the custom this year.
Donations from nearby companies, including Hoppers, Midnight Musings, the Marsden 4 Square, and Marsden Cove Pharmacy helped to fund the event. Receiving donations from Pak n' Save Whangarei and Countdown Regent was a pleasure. The most successful fundraiser to date, raising $1480 for the deserving cause, was made possible by these donations, which also funded the breakfast and raffles.
The celebration was organized by the locals, who also provided the delicious breakfast that was enjoyed by everyone in various hues of pink.
